Geriatric Education Center (GEC) Case Review Calls

GEC Case Review is a regularly scheduled audio conference series targeting ideas and solutions for working with older adults with behavioral health issues. The series serves as a forum to discuss complicated cases with cross-system needs.

The Coalition offers a monthly audio conference to provide easily accessible technical assistance to the Aging, Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol Systems individuals who work with older adults.

Format:
  • 45 minute audio conferences
  • A Case Review Form is completed by anyone wishing to discuss their case
  • Prior to each call, the Case Review Form will be sent to participants with discussion points
  • During the call, participants questions and provide feedback and suggestions for how to address the complex situation presented
